How Long Will Shipping Take?

We ship out orders within 24-48 hours after you place your order. Standard shipping arrives anywhere between 3-7 business days.

You'll be sent tracking information once your order is processed, and you can follow your order from our store, all the way to your doorstep!

Can I Click & Collect?

Yes, we offer Click & Collect! Meaning you can shop online and pick up from our Newstead location.

Our staffed hours are:

Monday: 6am - 7pm

Tues - Thurs: 6am - 6pm

Friday: 6am - 5pm

Saturday: 7am - 1pm

Sunday: Closed

Can I change my order once placed?

Whilst we will endeavour to assist with any changes after an order is placed, we do ship daily so this can be challenging.

As a result, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any requested changes before an order is dispatched. If we are unable to make the desired order changes, we can guide you through our Returns Policy and process. For order enquiries, please contact us via email at

I haven't received an order confirmation?

Please ensure you enter your email address correctly at the checkout as this is where your order confirmation will be sent to.

The item i want is out of stock, when is it returning?

Any item that is out of stock will have a 'Notify Me' button, click that and enter your email address so we can contact you as soon and we get it back in our store.

Can I Come & Try The Gym?

Yes you can! We offer $12 casual passes, meaning you can come and smash out a session without the commitment of a membership.

Can I Bring my dog?

Yes, we love dogs here at Club Bunker! Just ensure they are friendly and will be happy to sit in the playpen whilst you train.
